Exclusive Invitation to Oasi and 99 Sudbury Street:
Oasi opened their doors privately recently, celebrating the Premiere of Valentino at this year's TIFF with Mr. Valentino in attendance, The doors will now open officially November 14th to invited guests.
The suave new space has been transformed from the original Mildred Pearce and is the joint collaboration of Restaurateurs Marco Petrucci and Albino Silva (of renowned " Chiado").
Designer George Argyropoulos created the Oasi restaurant and lounge, which alludes to a European flavour of Baroque with a modern Parisian feel ensuring that the taste in both design and food fuse tremendously. The restaurant and lounge is joined adjacent to an open loft-style event space which has hardwood floors and high ceilings giving potential clients full advantage to design an exclusive style event.
The suave dining room is just the right backdrop to enjoy the exceptional cuisine developed by Silva in conjunction with executive chef Peter Stewart sharing the limelight with Master Sommelier John Szabo and his stellar selection of fine wines, beers, spirits and cocktails. Some of Oasi's menu features dishes like grilled tiger shrimp piri piri, grilled provimi veal chop, and monk fish wrapped in duck prosciutto. Desserts include coffee crème brûlée, milk chocolate and orange mousse, and apple-almond filo Napoleans.
